All our shipments are delivered against signature.


Delivery times are given as an indication. Our company cannot be held responsible for any failure on the part of the carrier.

Packages are shipped the same day for orders placed from Monday to Friday before 11:00 am local time. After 11:00 am, packages are shipped the day after the order and on working days.

Delivery times depend on the delivery option chosen and the destination.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage costs. The preparation costs are fixed, while the shipping costs vary depending on the destination of the package and the delivery option chosen.

We recommend that you combine all your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges will apply to each.

Boxes are appropriately sized and your items are properly protected. The shipping rates shown below are a flat rate for an order containing one or more items.

RETURNS

Return legal deadline 14 days

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

You wish to benefit from our preferential rates? Ask us for a RETURN LABEL, the amount will be deducted from your refund.

IN CASE OF RETURN AND WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE PRIVATE SALE WE PROCEED ONLY HAS REFUNDS.

You have received your order but the size or shape does not suit you? Don't worry, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to return the products concerned.

You can notify us of your wish to return a product from your customer account on K.Jacques Outlet :

3. Click on Order History and Details

4. Check the box of the product you wish to return

5. Specify the reason for the return

6. Click on the "Generate Feedback" button

7. Your return request will be recorded on your original order

8. A printable return form will be available on the Product Return page of your customer account. On this page you will be able to track the progress of your return.

You can send your return by the carrier of your choice. The return is at your expense and risk. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed, accompanied by the return form.

REFUND :

If all of these conditions, in particular the return conditions, are not complied with, K.Jacques Outlet (KEKLIKIAN SA) will not be able to refund the product concerned.

As soon as an item is refunded, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.

For all requests for reimbursement, this will be done within the legal period of 14 days following receipt of your return and automatically to the account associated with the credit card used for payment or to the PayPal account used for payment.

During the legal return time and in the case of a request for reimbursement of a complete order, the price of the article paid by the customer as well as the shipping costs paid for the shipping of the order are reimbursed. Beyond the legal deadline only the amount of the products received in return will be refunded

In the case of a refund request for a partial order, only the price of the returned item paid by the customer will be refunded.
